Dagashi Kashi 2nd Season (だがしかし2) is the second adaptation of the Dagashi Kashi series. It premiered on the TBS Channel January 2018 and ended on March 2018.

This series was directed by Satoshi Kuwahara, replacing director Shigehito Takayanagi. Because of this, Tezuka Productions handled production.[1]

News of the sequel was initially teased on the 36th issue of the Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine that on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, Kotoyama's Dagashi Kashi manga will have an "important announcement" in the magazine's 37th and 38th issue. It also featured a color spread page of the announcement while the eighth volume released August 10, 2017.[2]

Cast[]

Mayumi Morita replaced Takayanagi and Yasuko Kamo in the series' composition. Nana Miura took over Kanetoshi Kamimoto's role for the character designs. Only Satoshi Motoyama returned as sound director of the series.[1]

The cast from Season 1 reprised their roles respectively.
